Q. About returns and exchanges

A.
We will exchange the product only when the product is defective (damaged, dirty, etc. when delivered) or if it is a wrong delivery (the product is different from the one you ordered).
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience (image is different, size does not fit, no longer needed, etc.).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
  1. If you do not contact us by e-mail within 7 days after the arrival of the product
  2. Used products
  3. Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
  4. Products hemmed by the customer
  5. When the condition of the product and accessories returned to us is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery.
  6. When the product is not resalable (by our company's standards). Example: Product is dirty or damaged, cosmetics adhered, perfume smells adhered, etc.
