Q. I haven't received an order completion email.

A.
There may be an error in the registered email address.
If you use a free email service, such as Yahoo! Mail, the email may be treated as spam, so please check your spam folder.

Also, if you registered with a mobile phone email address, please cancel the domain designation of the mobile phone.
If you have set the domain specified reception, please add "9-jour.jp" to the list to receive mail from "info@9-jour.jp".

Q. Can I cancel my order?

We cannot accept cancellations after the order has been completed.
In case of returns (defective items only), contact us in advance.
Without notice, it will take time to process returns.
We do not accept returns or refunds except for the case with prior confirmation.
 (* If you refuse to receive the product, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee.)

Q. Can I change my order details?

Once the order has been completed, we don’t accept customer requests for the changes in order details (payment method, size or color), additional orders, cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Q. Can you issue a receipt?
